CDL Truck Driver

(Dry Van, Grain, & Power-Only Hauling)

Location: NE Arkansas
Job Type: Part-time or Full-time | Regional & Interstate Routes

About the Role
We’re seeking reliable, safety-focused CDL drivers who take pride in their work. You’ll be hauling dry van and power-only freight across multiple states, backed by a support team that respects your time and values your experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate late-model trucks across regional/interstate routes

  • Ensure timely pickup and delivery of freight

  • Perform routine inspections and maintain compliance

  • Upload invoice documentation while on the road (we make it easy)

Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A License

  • Clean driving record

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions

  • Knowledge of all DOT regulations and safety standards

  • Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Willingness to follow safety protocols and rules of the road

  • Previous experience in freight transportation is a plus, ideal if 1+ years of experience preferred with dry van, power only, grain, or dump truck

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Social Media & Brand Manager

Location: Remote/Flexible
Job Type: Part-time or Contract

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Manager to help build SMB Trucking’s digital presence. You’ll develop engaging content, grow our online community, and help position us as a trusted, values-driven name in trucking.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Highlight our veteran- and woman-owned identity

  • Share behind-the-scenes stories, driver spotlights, and updates

  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build brand trust

  • Monitor analytics and suggest content improvements

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience managing small business or brand social accounts

  • Knowledge of trucking industry a plus (but not required)

  • Ability to write clearly, creatively, and authentically

  • Familiarity with tools like Squarespace, Canva, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite
